Market Development Engineer IP&E Job Description

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer IP&E to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving market growth and development in the IP&E segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the IP&E segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to drive business growth and development.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and interest in Arrow Electronics' IP&E solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions.
  • Experience in IP&E and engineering and business strategy.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full driving license and readiness for business travel.
  • English language skills - fluently in writing and spoken.
  • Spanish language skills (native or C1).
