Brand Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager Trainee to join our Marketing team at Affinity Petcare. As a Brand Manager Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the development of innovative projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of product and packaging changes, working closely with design agencies and the packaging team.
  • Generate new marketing materials and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Participate in briefing and approving marketing content, including social media updates, newsletter campaigns, and blog articles.
  • Conduct research to generate competitor benchmarks and brand performance tracking, analyzing data and presenting findings to the team.
  • Actively participate in the preparation of internal meetings and assist in the execution of marketing plans.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strategic thinking, strong ownership, and autonomy, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting follow-up.
