About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and growth of our mobile app in the European market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our mobile app strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute content, commerce, and user acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile app strategy to drive commercial and brand goals in the European region.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the long-term evolution of the product roadmap.
  • Content Planning: Collaborate with European Content, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure the app becomes a key component of our direct-to-consumer approach.
  • Execution and Growth: Manage content strategy and execution, launch promotions, and key campaigns on the app, and drive towards commercial and engagement goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile apps and e-commerce.
  • Proven knowledge and experience launching and growing mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of mobile app operating systems and agile software development processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and upcoming digital trends and technology.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills.
  • Marketing and/or retail experience in addition to mobile app and e-commerce experience is a plus.
