Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Brand Manager and Team Coordinator to join our marketing communication team in the SWEA region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing and communication activities in Spain and Portugal, while providing effective leadership and maintaining cohesion on content and brand identity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination: Supervise day-to-day activities, define objectives, and ensure team cohesion. Foster effective communication between departments to ensure project completion on time.
  • Coordination of Local Events: Plan, organize, and manage events in Spain and Portugal, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and marketing communication objectives.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain our company's brand identity in Spain, Portugal, France, and South Africa. Analyze the Festo brand in each country with local contacts and coordinate dedicated activities.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop effective marketing strategies, using appropriate communication channels to reach our target audience. Monitor campaign results and analyze data to continually improve performance.
  • Support for SWEA Marketing Manager: Act as a link for the SWEA Marketing Manager, working closely to implement marketing strategies and achieve objectives. Bring in-depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets and provide valuable information to the Marketing Manager.
