Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Concessions Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading comprehensive programs across various EU countries, managing and enhancing concessions performance, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead 1 or 2 comprehensive programs across various EU countries, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Performance Management: Manage and enhance concessions performance of multiple carriers in 1 or 2 geographic regions, identifying root causes and developing action plans to drive improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Establish long-term, scalable processes with carriers, ensuring their engagement and collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Significant program or project management experience
  • Results-driven individual with strong proactiveness
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • MBA or Master's degree in business, operations, supply chain, logistics
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
  • Process improvement experience
  • Experience working within the transportation delivery industry and a solid understanding of carrier operations
