About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at JD Sports Fashion. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and captions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and engaging.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify our social media reach and impact.
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Strong creative and writing skills, with the ability to develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform social media strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
