We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Lead to join our team at Firewood Marketing, Inc. as a key member of our digital marketing department. As a Social Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business objectives and goals.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement content calendars that ensure consistent and engaging content across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content that meets our brand standards.
- Curate and share relevant industry content to maintain a strong online presence.
- Engage with our online community through social media conversations, comments, and direct messages.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and address any social media crises or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy and optimize performance.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders on social media performance.
- Experience and Skills
- 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as Hootsuite Social Media Marketing or Facebook Blueprint.
- Native or high level of English.
- Experience in the automotive industry and Nordic culture would be a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
