We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Social Media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions
• Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand communication plans
• Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform future social media strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Identify innovation opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth
• Work closely with our creative design and content creation teams to develop and execute social media content
• Develop and manage relationships with influencers and content production agencies
**Requirements**
• 3+ years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies
• Excellent content creation and curation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with social media management tools and social listening tools
• Advanced Excel and PPT skills
• Experience working with content production agencies and influencers
