Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage and optimize paid social media budgets to maximize ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory landscape.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and working with large budgets across multiple countries.
- Proficient in Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with another social platform is a bonus.
- Knowledge of data feed management tooling and social advertising tooling.
- Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report creation, with the ability to adapt reports to client requirements.
- Experience working with Adobe Analytics is a plus, as we use it to measure and analyze our digital marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in using JIRA for agile sprint management in marketing contexts.
- Experience with tagging and pixel implementation for conversions, including troubleshooting and optimization.
Desired Skills:
- Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong belief in the added value of paid social media to the marketing funnel.
- Intrinsic curiosity to stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media developments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
