Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Social Media team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing and expanding the brand's online presence through strategic social media management, content creation, trend engagement, and analytical insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media operations across main platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X), including community management and engagement.
- Develop and implement content strategies across social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adapt content and conversations accordingly.
- Provide social media consultancy services, offering expert guidance on strategy, content creation, and community engagement to maximize brand presence and audience reach.
- Coordinate campaigns and activations with other brands, agencies, and influencers.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met through effective communication, strategic planning, and proactive problem-solving.
- Analyze data and performance metrics using data analytics tools to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
- University degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media strategies.
- Proven experience in agency and client management.
- Strong social media knowledge and understanding of key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, LinkedIn).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible schedule and hybrid work options.
