Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team at Leo Burnett. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media content calendars.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and engaging.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
