About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Department at BYD Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Paid Social Media Campaigns: Create and implement paid social media strategies that align with our business objectives and drive results.
  2. Optimize and Report on Campaigns: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  3. Collaborate with Creative Team: Work closely with our creative team to ensure best practice creative is used and campaigns are executed effectively.
  4. Assist with Marketing Budget Planning: Contribute to the development of quarterly and annual marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. Web Traffic and Leads: Drive web traffic and leads through paid social media campaigns.
  2. Social Media Engagement: Increase engagement and performance of social media campaigns.

Requirements

  7. Time Management Skills: Demonstrate efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work proactively.
