About the Role

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care function, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers by resolving technical issues and problems through troubleshooting and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, company, products, tools, and team.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing position.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written.
  • Valid driving license and availability to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Availability to move to Almeria.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment.
  • IT repair experience in a laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
