Key Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and marketing, to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
