As a Business Banking Consultant Senior at Empresa Reconocida, you will play a key role in providing financial solutions to small businesses across the country. You will be responsible for building relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners, identifying their financial needs, and providing customized business banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with small business owners and entrepreneurs to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of business contacts, including Community Development Financial Institutions, Non-Profits, and other community organizations.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including Branches, Home Lending, Chase Wealth Management, Merchant Services, and Card, to provide comprehensive business banking solutions.
- Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term relationships with business clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and business outcomes to anticipate client needs and present proactive solutions.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in business banking relationship management or related business/commercial lending experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of business credit underwriting with commercial credit training preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to negotiate.
- Prefer experience owning/operating a small business.
