Job Title: Branch Business Manager

About the Role:

The Branch Business Manager is a key position responsible for driving the profitability of our branches. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends and business potential, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Area Head in determining market/business potential and formulating strategies for target attainment.
  • Manage branch profitability by growing business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures.
  • Establish strong synergy with partner units/groups to achieve successful cross-sells.
  • Monitor and review actual performances versus targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and coach the branch sales force to produce and retain highly competent and results-driven sales talents.
  • Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations, waivers, and special approvals, adhering to set bank guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the banking industry.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills, with an active client portfolio in the assigned location.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
  • Actively seeks new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity.
