Position Overview
This role is situated within the marketing division of Galderma's Global Aesthetics unit. It is a leadership role that encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, reporting directly to the Global Head of Fillers while collaborating closely with various markets, agencies, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Innovation Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to spearhead innovation projects, crafting robust business cases in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Develop Global Brand Strategy: Formulate the long-term brand strategy, overseeing the creation of innovative projects and marketing activations for healthcare professionals and consumers that align with Galderma's global aesthetics value proposition.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain brand uniformity on a global scale, particularly in key markets such as the US, China, Brazil, Thailand, and the EU.
  • Oversee Integrated Campaigns: Direct the development of comprehensive global campaigns in collaboration with agency partners, utilizing all relevant channels, both digital and traditional.
  • Manage Brand Performance: Take ownership of brand financials and market performance, implementing corrective measures as necessary to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with Key Markets: Work closely with essential markets to devise global solutions that can be adapted locally.
  • Support Marketing Activities: Assist in congress-related activities from a marketing perspective, including booth design, messaging, and symposiums.
  • Coordinate Advisory Meetings: Organize marketing advisory board meetings in conjunction with Medical Affairs and facilitate global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in branding, preferably within aesthetics, skincare, or beauty sectors, with a strong track record in both global and local roles, including P&L management.
  • Extensive background in innovation projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across various functions and locations.
  • Successful history of engaging consumers through digital touchpoints, with experience in B2B and B2B2C contexts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, working across diverse cultures and profiles at global, regional, and local levels.
