About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Brand Lead for Restylane Fillers to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global brand strategy for Restylane Fillers, driving brand consistency across key markets, and leading innovation projects to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Global Brand Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive global brand strategy for Restylane Fillers, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
  2. Drive Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all key markets, including the US, China, Brazil, Thailand, and EU.
  3. Lead Innovation Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  4. Develop Integrated Campaigns: Design and execute global integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across all touchpoints, both digital and offline.
  5. Own Brand Performance: Monitor and analyze brand financial and in-market performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
  6. Collaborate with Key Markets: Work closely with key markets to develop global solutions that meet local needs and drive business growth.
  7. Support Congress Activities: Provide marketing support for congress activities, including booth design, messaging, and symposia.
  8. Coordinate Marketing Advisory Board: Collaborate with Medical Affairs to coordinate marketing advisory board meetings and support global KOL development.
Requirements
  1. Business and/or Scientific Education: Hold a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on marketing and innovation.
  2. Commercial Acumen: Possess strong commercial acumen and experience in executing tactics, especially in digital ecosystems, with success at a local level.
  3. Marketing and Commercial Experience: Have effective experience in marketing and commercial functions, ideally in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty brands, with a proven track record in both global and local roles and PnL ownership.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, ability to influence and drive alignment, and engage stakeholders across functions and locations.
  5. Consumer Connectivity: Have a successful track record in driving connectivity with consumers in digital touchpoints, ideally with experience in B2B and B2B2C.
  6. Cultural Competence: Be able to work as a team member, with the capacity to work with different cultures and profiles, across global, regional, and local levels.
