Wind Energy Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Wind Bid Coordinator to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a Wind Bid Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting bid managers and the extended tender team in the coordination, preparation, and management of bids and proposals for onshore and offshore wind projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals by collecting, compiling, and updating specific information for responses, CVs, and project references.
- Provide support to the tender team by handling administrative tasks and internal processes, such as managing communication, managing the registration/updating process of the tender portal profile, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process.
- Support documentation of client- and project-relevant data through a variety of digital tools (e.g., CRM) and assist in compiling information for business intelligence activities (e.g., key account and country meetings).
- Support in organizing and maintaining templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, etc.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Wind Team and contribute to the success of our onshore and offshore wind projects. As a Wind Bid Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary project team, handle a wide range of tasks, and develop your skills in bid management, proposal development, and project coordination.
