Desired Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of professional experience in Information Technology focused on solutioning, designing, developing, and delivering systems.
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in solutions architecture, emphasizing strategic planning and enterprise-wide solutions.
- Proficiency in integration technology, platform, and API solutions.
- Familiarity with application architecture and design methodologies across various platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to articulate technical ideas and designs to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Comprehensive understanding of multiple SDLC/Agile methodologies.
- A collaborative team player with a proven ability to work effectively within an international matrix organization.
- Capability to communicate trade-offs and transactional states with both technical and business teams.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, are advantageous.
