About the Role
The HR Transformation team at Alight is part of the wider team of digital HR sales and implementation professionals that deliver Alight's range of technology and outsourcing solutions.
As an HR Transformation Senior Consultant, you will build strong relationships with board-level customer contacts and learn an ever-more varied set of skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate strong customer relationships based on the foundation of the customer's HR Transformation goals.
- Deliver 'fee-earning' consultancy projects that contribute to Alight's success.
- Advise customers on how to prepare for and get the best from their evolving HRIS technology.
- Support customers in achieving successful HR Transformation by advising them on digital HR technology, particularly Cloud systems available to suit their needs.
- Facilitate a successful system implementation by aligning business processes and providing change management advice required to meet their goals.
