Job Title: HR Transformation Consultant

At Alight, we're dedicated to helping our clients achieve their HR transformation goals. As an HR Transformation Consultant, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients and helping them navigate the complexities of HR technology and process transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to develop and implement HR transformation strategies and plans
  • Advise clients on the use of HR information systems and cloud technology to support their HR transformation goals
  • Help clients optimize their workforce and build its capabilities
  • Engage clients through innovative workshops, events, and communications
  • Transform client business processes
  • Advise clients on the use of AI, robotic process automation, and chatbots
  • Build customer employee engagement through delivery of effective change management
  • Allow clients to realize the benefits of their HR technology through analytics and reporting insight
  • Build strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities
  • Support our sales teams to win new business
  • Manage global projects
  • Lead and develop other consultants
  • Become a thought leader in your field by publishing blogs and white papers, speaking at industry events
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
  • High knowledge of Spanish Payroll
  • Working knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis, and process mapping
  • Deep understanding of how Human Resources contributes to the success of global organizations
  • Working knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences in Spanish and English
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at Director and Board level
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
