Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Amaris Consulting. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our top management population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and administer employment contracts, addendums, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate the annual employee performance appraisal process for directors.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Administer internal communication on HR topics for the top management population.
  • Coordinate logistics and training programs.
  • Contribute to the organization of events and HR projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and growth.
