Sales and Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team at Salve Consulting. As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and expanding our client base across German-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services.
  • Manage and update customer databases with accurate and complete information.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively building new ones.
  • Document detailed call histories and customer responses.
  • Consistently follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyze competitors' offerings and develop effective sales strategies for your own products or services.
  • Address and fulfill customer needs and requests.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in German (written and spoken); proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Prior experience in sales and working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving goals in collaboration with the team.
  • Strong business sense with the ability to evaluate various business models.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, confident, and proactive individual with a competitive and tenacious approach.
