Business Development and Marketing Specialist for Aerospace Industry

DMD Solutions is a consulting company specializing in aerospace design and RAMS engineering, offering project outsourcing and engineering tool development. Our clients are manufacturers and maintainers of aeronautical products located in Europe. We help them achieve their engineering quality goals with a focus on certification.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing professional to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will participate in improving the customer growth strategy for RAMS services consulting and related projects in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize, and analyze market data, including company lists, market segmentation, financial data, and market growth estimates.
  • Identify potential leads and maintain a lead database using digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
  • Participate in all phases of the sales funnel, from prospecting, building vision, RFP/RFQ, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to improve the B2B Sales Funnel process definition and adapt it to field experience.
  • Develop and implement an inbound marketing strategy centered around quality content creation, such as white papers, articles, and webinars.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Sales Management or International Commerce with a focus on international B2B sales.
  • Education or experience in Engineering would be valuable.
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales industry would be a plus.
  • Interest in the technological sector, ideally passionate about aircraft, space, and/or drone industries.
  • Language skills: proficient in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with knowledge of other European languages appreciated.
  • Experience in using CRM and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning, management, and business development.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and committed individual with strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

We offer a half-time internship agreement with the university, flexible schedule, compensation of 600€/month, and a young, international, and stimulating work environment based in Barcelona with interesting opportunities for career growth.
