**Job Summary**

We are looking for an Aerospace Quality and Safety Professional who has experience interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere. As a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team, you will support our Flight Safety efforts, manage Air Safety Reports, and analyze Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) data. You will also control and analyze statistic maintenance tooling calibrations, edit and compile procedures manuals, manage company records, and document Quality Reports.

**Responsibilities**

  • Flight Safety support: Air Safety Reports management, FDM analysis support, etc.
  • Statistic control and analysis of Maintenance tooling calibrations.
  • Procedures manuals edition and compilation.
  • Company records management.
  • Quality Reports documentation and issuance.
  • SACA/SANA information management.
  • Training plan issuance and follow-up.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must be an Aerospacial Engineering student or recent graduate with Aeronautical Knowledge. You should be computer literate (MS Office) and have any additional Microsoft or other professional IT background (Programming Tools). Excellent ability to organize, manage multiple tasks and prioritize, adapt to changes, and communicate via email and phone is essential. Fluency in English is required, and a detail-oriented and self-motivated attitude is necessary. Minimum availability of 30 hours per week starting in November is required.

**Estimated Salary:** €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar positions in Spain, France, Italy, and Greece, where Volotea operates its main bases.
