Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain to join our team at Securecell AG. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing and supply chain professionals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to facilitate the transfer of new products from development to production.
  • Inventory Management: Implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, experience with ERP systems, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Odoo ERP System: Knowledge of Odoo ERP system is strongly preferred.
  • Certification: Certification in Lean, Six Sigma.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory requirements for bioprocess manufacturing (e.g., GMP, ISO).
