**The Role**

The Customer Supply Chain Manager is a crucial role to enable the Next Level operating model and ensure the CSD organization sits close to markets & customers. The role will be instrumental to deliver customer service objectives and drive stickiness with our customers to enable long-term growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive performance improvements in local supply chain activities and to deliver improved service and cost-to-serve.
  • Support the commercial business development of the country cluster by delivering reliable and responsiveness service.
  • Owns and develops the Country cluster supply chain strategy and route to market by identifying and balancing key drivers from an economic, industry, customer and competitive landscape perspective.
  • Leverages and actively manages the GBS process towers & teams and act as an advocate for E2E integration and efficiency.
  • Active relationship management and engagement with Global planning & logistics functions, Regional supply chain teams and operations. Primary point of contact for all Supply Chain related items in the Country cluster.
  • Ensures local market intelligence and day-to-day operations are in line with global, regional and local goals (e.g. SLAs, budgets, lead times,..)
