About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enabling our Next Level operating model and ensuring our Customer Service Department sits close to markets and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Performance Improvements: Develop and implement strategies to enhance local supply chain activities, resulting in improved service and cost-to-serve.
  2. Partner with Commercial Leaders: Collaborate with commercial/sales leaders in the markets and key customers to gather deep insights that support country cluster strategic priorities.
  3. Support Business Development: Deliver reliable and responsive service to support the commercial business development of the country cluster.
  4. Develop Supply Chain Strategy: Own and develop the country cluster supply chain strategy and route to market, identifying and balancing key drivers from an economic, industry, customer, and competitive landscape perspective.
  5. Manage Process Towers: Oversee the GBS process towers and teams, advocating for end-to-end integration and efficiency.
  6. Engage with Global Functions: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Supply Chain related items in the Country cluster, engaging with Global planning & logistics functions, Regional supply chain teams, and operations.
  7. Ensure Local Market Intelligence: Ensure local market intelligence and day-to-day operations are aligned with global, regional, and local goals (e.g., SLAs, budgets, lead times).
