**Job Summary**

The Customer Supply Chain Manager is a crucial role to enable the Next Level operating model and ensure the CSD organization sits close to markets & customers. The role will be instrumental to deliver customer service objectives and drive stickiness with our customers to enable long-term growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with Country cluster MDs to deliver upon the country cluster customer service & volume objectives and enable growth by driving excellence in execution and building strong relationships across the internal & external network (enabling the Next Level operating model).
  • Support the commercial business development of the country cluster by delivering reliable and responsiveness service.
  • Own and develop the Country cluster supply chain strategy and route to market by identifying and balancing key drivers from an economic, industry, customer and competitive landscape perspective.
  • Leverage and actively manage the GBS process towers & teams and act as an advocate for E2E integration and efficiency.
  • Manage active relationship with Global planning & logistics functions, Regional supply chain teams and operations.
  • Ensure local market intelligence and day-to-day operations are in line with global, regional and local goals (e.g. SLAs, budgets, lead times,...).
  • Own the Cluster country supply chain budget & service level.
  • Participate in the demand validation and sign-off of the Country cluster.
  • Develop joint business plans with key customers and enable customer intimacy & proximity.
  • Support the development of robust weekly plans and forecast consumption assumptions; lead the country cluster S&OE discussions.
  • Deliver NPI within the Country/cluster (incl management of obsolete or outlet inventory).
  • Be the SPOC of the Country cluster for any Global/Regional projects.
  • Ensure Global/Regional processes and policies are implemented and adhered to.
  • Oversee Country Cluster Planning Inputs in monitoring market/customer intelligence and forecast enrichments.
  • Support supply balancing activities related to demand shaping (and S&OEs).
  • Agree on a final S&OP and Budget demand plan and critical points to be escalated/resolved for Country cluster.
  • Align with commercial teams key NPI and promotions/activations.
  • Provide demand visibility to the supply & execution teams.
  • Deliver performance reviews & intakes with key customers.
  • Monitor adherence to OPR plans (demand, supply and orders).
