About the Role

Coty is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our Global Planning Hub in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a deep understanding of our supply chain end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and Delivering on KPIs: You will be responsible for owning and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) for a tailored scope of products, including service, inventory, and sustainability.
  • Timely Delivering Production Plans: You will be responsible for delivering production plans, material orders, and deployment decisions in a timely manner.
  • Contributing to Direction Setting Meetings: You will contribute to direction setting meetings with suppliers, factories, and markets to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Actioning Exceptions: You will be responsible for actioning exceptions to prevent out-of-stock or obsolescence situations.
  • Generating and Analyzing Supply Chain Data: You will generate and analyze supply chain data to contribute to business decisions and identify improvement opportunities in processes and operations.
  • Participating in Projects: You will participate in various projects dedicated to products, portfolio, or sourcing changes.
About the Team

The Global Supply Chain Planning Team is a fast-paced, multi-functional, and multi-cultural planning team. The team consists of supply chain professionals working in various departments, including:

  • Material Planning: Delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.
  • Material Supply Management: Developing relationships and leading agility projects with vendors.
  • Production Planning: Delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well as capacity leveling.
  • Sub-contractor Planning: Delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers.
  • Distribution Planning: Managing risk and delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place.
  • Category Supply Planning: Analyzing big data to support decision-making and leading key processes to drive and maintain a healthy level of inventory.
