We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to lead our Career Development and Alumni Engagement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that support the career advancement of our alumni and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive career development strategy that aligns with the university's goals and objectives.
- Manage a team of career coaches and advisors to provide job search and career management services to alumni and working professionals.
- Collaborate with the Global Alumni Relations team to develop and implement alumni engagement strategies.
- Work closely with the Quality, Accreditations and Rankings team to ensure alignment of strategy and services offered to alumni and working professionals.
- Develop relationships with alumni and working professionals to identify their career development needs and provide tailored support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in career development and alumni engagement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in career development and alumni engagement, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful career development programs.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with alumni, working professionals, and university stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
