IE University's Global Alumni Relations is seeking a Class Reunions Associate Director to join its dynamic and international team of professionals. This role will be critical in building and maintaining relationships with alumni, organizing memorable events, and fostering alumni participation in our annual Alumni tradition: the Global Alumni Weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a class reunion advancement strategy to strengthen alumni engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key alumni, especially those celebrating reunion milestones
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement curated reunion activities that provide value-add for attendees
  • Nurture multiple alumni relationships across the globe and foster stronger ties between alumni and IE
  • Grow the participation of reunions yearly and increase overall engagement and communication
