Job Summary

As a Contract Support Coord, you will provide technical assistance and support to users for basic issues related to various software applications, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to requests for assistance with accounting software packages used by Client Accounting services and Real Estate Management teams.
  • Document issues, resolution, or other actions using an incident management system.
  • Resolve requests for basic software support and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
  • Perform security and data reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Support client and internal projects as directed by the supervisor.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts based on client incidents.
Requirements
  • Accreditation or degree from a two-year program with an emphasis in accounting or finance, plus a minimum of one year of accounting or finance experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and solve basic problems in standard and non-standard situations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office Suite Products.
