Your responsibilities
Legal Responsibilities- Support business operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts according to legal standards.
- Develop and manage contract templates for medical affairs interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve and streamline contract templates.
- Draft and revise commercial agreements, including distribution, supply, loan, rental, marketing, non-disclosure, and service agreements.
- Participate in training program design and delivery for relevant departments.
- Develop processes to mitigate contractual risks, improve contract quality, and increase efficiency.
- Lead corporate obligations according to Spanish Law, including safekeeping of contracts and documentation.
- Support legal actions and documentation, such as minutes, annual accounts, and powers of attorney.
- Manage contract data base.
- Act as a compliance advisor to management and staff, providing guidance and training on legal and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with HQ on EMEA projects.
- Ensure compliance with Medtech's code.
- Prepare and communicate contract guidelines, policies, and SOPs.
- Assist compliance management in designing and implementing compliance controls.
- Conduct compliance training to employees.
- Assist leadership teams in promoting a compliant organizational culture.
Your qualification
- Spanish Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Master's degree in Corporate/Commercial Law would be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, written, and verbal communication skills in business English.
- Significant experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector.
- Expertise in developing efficient contract templates and playbooks.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and weigh business and legal risks.
