- Build trust and rapport with direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and psychological safety to ensure engineers feel valued and empowered to grow.
- 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Software Engineer or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in team lead or leadership roles.
- Practical experience with Typescript, Javascript, Python, and AWS technologies.
- Able to balance business needs with technical debt and cross-team dependencies.
- Focus on delivering quality software in a timely manner.
