Tech Lead for Edge-to-Server Interface Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to oversee the development and optimization of our edge-to-server interface.

This individual will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing and implementing software architectures that seamlessly bridge on-edge and server-based environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, C++, Java, and frontend frameworks like Angular or ReactJS, as well as experience with distributed architectures, multithreaded programming, and real-time data processing.

Additionally, they will have expertise in SQL databases, network protocols, and communication standards, allowing them to design scalable, high-performance backend services.

The Tech Lead will also be responsible for mentoring engineers, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the interface between our on-edge embedded software and video detection management system software.
  • Lead the development and optimization of software architectures that bridge on-edge and server-based environments.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services.

Hard Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a developer with strong skills in C#, C++/Java, Angular, ReactJS.
  • Experience with complex, large-scale systems, ideally in a distributed architecture.
  • Expertise in SQL databases, network protocols, and communication standards.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
