Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to advertisers and agencies, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our social media services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to advertisers and agencies, resolving issues and improving their experience with our social media platform.
- Assist customers with post-sales support, troubleshooting, and guidance on using our social media tools and features.
- Convert email and chat cases into outbound calls to offer personalized support and white-glove service to our clients.
- Work with multiple tools and multitask to provide efficient support to our clients.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, with a lunch break hour.
Requirements:
- Spanish Speaker (C2) + English (B2) (mandatory)
- High School Diploma (mandatory)
- EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card (mandatory)
- Availability to work in shifts (mandatory)
- Availability to start soon
What We Offer:
- Relocation package with accommodation and flight reimbursement for candidates from outside Portugal or living 100 km from Lisbon.
