Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
As Assistant Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Coordinating arrivals, departures, and billing requirements
- Blocking rooms for arrivals and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved
- Directing all activities of the employees and ensuring communications and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, or special requirements
- Interviewing, training, and scheduling staff
- Conducting performance evaluations and disciplining staff when needed
- Reviewing and monitoring schedules of staff under their responsibility
- Frequently touring the hotel to ensure maintenance and upkeep
- Monitoring employee activities to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported, and guest needs are being met
We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of experience in management positions related to front desk or rooms positions. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality, luxury service standards and are able to work with all hotel systems, we would love to hear from you.
