About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Job Squad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and improving campaigns, as well as making outbound calls to potential customers.

Your primary objective will be to provide expert advice and guidance to customers, utilizing your negotiation skills to secure sales. You will need to possess a strong understanding of sales-oriented qualities and be able to effectively communicate with customers to meet their needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions
  • Handle a high volume of potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Manage a database of customers, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers while building a new customer base
  • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
  • Ensure timely customer follow-up and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and develop effective selling strategies
Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (B2)
  • Experience in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or Sales and/or Online Advertising
  • Sales experience (desirable) and outbound call handling skills
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Strong computer handling skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented approach
