About Job Squad

We are a dynamic company looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and improving campaigns with Google Ads and building relationships with our customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Understand customers' needs and goals, and develop strategies to meet them
  • Handle a large volume of potential customers via outbound phone calls, and maintain an updated database of customers with complete information
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers while building a new customer base, and ensure customer follow-up at all times
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies
Requirements
  • Native-level German and fluent English (B2)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising, with outbound call experience a plus
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication preferred
  • Experience with CRM required
