About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Job Squad. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and improving campaigns with Google Ads, as well as making outbound calls to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customers' needs and goals
  • Handle a large volume of potential customers via outbound phone calls
  • Keep database of customers with complete information updated
  • Maintain relationships with existing customer base while building new customer base
  • Record outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
  • Ensure customer follow-up all the time
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for their own products or services
Requirements
  • You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English (B2)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus
  • Experience with CRM
  • Good understanding and level of computer handling skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information
  • Experience in and a passion for online display advertising
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough
