Page Personnel is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the metal and packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Minimum 10-12 years of sales management experience in the food or packaging sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual or fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level). Portuguese is a plus.
