We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our customer projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and solutions in the Packet Core area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement projects from a technical standpoint, ensuring seamless integration and verification of deployments.
  • Perform troubleshooting and customer support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in the integration and verification of different deployments, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
  • Develop and maintain technical competence in the Packet Core area, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in service delivery and/or customer support, with a strong focus on technical expertise.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols (from L3 to L7) and scripting programming languages (Python, Perl, shell/bash) on UNIX/Linux.
  • Experience with cloud and cloud-native environments, including VMWare, Openstack, and Kubernetes.
  • Configuration of network equipment and good coordination and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and ability to interact with partners from other countries and roles.
