Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, recognized for its innovative approach to financial services. We offer a range of products, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

Job Summary:

The Regulatory Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Ebury's compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in the UK and EU. This position will focus on MiFID and FX Derivative products, requiring expertise in regulatory frameworks, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on MiFID and FX Derivative products, including risk management and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a financial services regulatory compliance role.
  • Expert knowledge of MiFID II, EMIR, MIFIR, and technical standards.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
