Job Title: Screening Graduate

Ebury is a leading financial services company that requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Screening Graduate. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and transactions meet all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews and investigations of matches against sanctions, PEPs, adverse media, and internal lists in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor client transactions in real-time and retrospectively, processing alerts and responding to requests for information from banking partners.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and escalate problems swiftly as needed.
  • Adhere to all internal policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diligent and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure with strict timeframes.
  • Experience working in a target-driven operational environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Cooperative and comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Curious and eager to learn, actively asking questions to confirm understanding of processes and procedures.
