Role Overview:

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, offering a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration. We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team, specializing in MiFID and FX Derivative products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new controls based on applicable regulations, ensuring compliance with EU and international standards.
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters, including MiFID II, EMIR, MIFIR, and PSD2.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address recommendations and ensure effective control implementation.
  • Design and deliver training programs to various business areas, focusing on regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Conduct horizon scanning and gap analysis to identify new regulatory requirements and develop proposals for implementation.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a financial regulated institution, with a focus on MiFID and FX Derivative products.
  • Expert knowledge of MiFID II, EMIR, MIFIR, and PSD2, with the ability to interpret and provide advisory on these regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
