Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with a high level of Turkish language proficiency to handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong administrative background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to consumers via multiple channels, including telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions in a skilled and professional manner.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
  • Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
  • Fluent level of Turkish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  • High level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer
  • Temporary contract with a 3-month probation period.
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week).
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days per month at the office and the rest working from home.
  • Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year.
