Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in Spain
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws
- Collaborate with the Development department to ensure the new warehouse meets operational needs
- Supervise warehouse and transport activities in Spain to deliver best-in-class service and maintain sustainable growth
- Develop and implement quality systems to ensure high-quality services
- Provide regular updates to HQ on business performance and progress
- Implement effective structures to meet targets and manage budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in management of an operational business unit or company in the warehousing, supply chain, transport, or food production industry in Spain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change and transition management
- Professional communication and empathy skills
- Business development and relationship management skills
- Professional/advanced English language skills; any other European language is a plus
