Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to lead our business in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for Spain, aligned with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees.
- Lead a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of business performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, marketing, or operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
